In the premises of the former Paulaner brewery’s ice factory there is now the “icefactory”, the Paulaner microbrewery, which produces craft beer with the highest quality standards. In the past, ice was made there for Paulaner using a flywheel to keep beer cool in the summer months. Today, craft beer is produced there with the highest quality standards. The historic flywheel can also still be seen there, which is of course also at the center of the corporate design.
